B. Economic Incentive Agreement with of Elgin Motors, Inc., d/b/a Elgin Kia (Net Revenue Generation) Objective: Generate additional sales tax revenue for the city from new and used motor vehicle sales by encouraging Elgin Motors, Inc. to retain its Kia automobile dealership franchise in Elgin by constructing a new facility in the Randall-90 Auto Mall.

D. Change Order No. 1 to the Bowes Creek Clubhouse Patio Project – Bid 21-045A ($16,770) Objective: Complete the patio project at Bowes Creek Clubhouse to ensure up to date, safe and aesthetically pleasing accommodations for visitors and members to Bowes Creek Country Club.
