Inititiative Amendment No. 2 to Engineering Services Agreement with Strand Associates, Inc. for Treatment Facility Engineering Projects ($189,000) Objective: Provide the City with engineering services to evaluate, design and provide construction services related to facility improvements at various Utility Department facilities including the Leo Nelson Riverside and Airlite Water Treatment Plants.

Amendment No. 6 to Engineering Services Agreement with HR Green to Add Construction Engineering Services to the Bluff City Boulevard Sewer Separation Project ($402,348) Objective: Provide engineering services for the Bluff City Combined Sewer Separation Project to strengthen the City’s neighborhoods and reduce incidence of effluent into the Fox River.
05:38D. Acceptance of Public Improvements and Easement for Watermain within the site located at 1001 North Randall Road ($4,175 Estimated Five-Year Maintenance Cost) Objective: Fulfill the City’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving businesses and residents

Initiative Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code – 2022 Central Area Resurfacing Project – Section Number 22-00194-00-RS ($120,000) Objective: Provide funding for construction engineering services to be provided by Gewalt Hamilton Asso-ciates, Inc. in relation to the 2022 Central Area Resurfacing Project, Section Number 22-00194-00-RS, utilizing proceeds from the Illinois Motor Fuel Tax Fund.

Agreement for Design Engineering Services with Trotter and Associates, Inc. for the US Route 20 and Reinking Road Roundabout Improvement Project ($426,505) Objective: Provide engineering services for the final design and preparation of construction documents for the roundabout intersection at US Route 20 and Reinking Road.
09:00G. Agreement with Raftelis for Strategic Planning Services ($99,500) Objective: Contract with consulting services firm to guide the creation of the City’s next strategic plan.
18:30H. Proposed Amendments to Crime Free Housing Ordinance (No Cost) Objective: Provide information regarding the City’s Crime Free Housing Ordinance and Landlord Train-ing Program and to recommend amendments to the ordinance and program.
