Engineering Services Agreement with WBK Engineering, LLC for Annual Maintenance Management Programming and On Call Services (Not to Exceed $180,000) Objective: Provide professional engineering services for design, inspection, construction observation and filings for annual roadway maintenance programs.
15:30I. 2023-2024 Bulk Road Salt Procurement – Morton Salt, Inc. and Compass Minerals America, Inc. (Not to Exceed $488,940) Objective: Obtaining bulk road salt for the city’s 2023-24 snow and ice removal operations.

Authorize Approval to Enter into a Procurement Commitment with the State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services for the Purchase of Bulk Road Salt for the 2024/2025 Winter Season (No Cost) Objective: Authorize the department of public works to commit the city’s purchase of bulk road salt in the State of Illinois 2024-25 bulk road salt bid process.
