A. 2022 Special Events Recommendations Special Events Coordinator Kate O’Leary will be presenting staff recommendations on funding allocations for 2022 special events programming.

C. Amendment to Agreement with the Gifford Park Association to use the City Lot for Community Garden (No cost) Objective: Cultivate partnerships with community partners to support the needs and quality of life of residents.

E. Resolution Committing Local Funds for Proposed Federal Surface Transportation Program Funding ($4,673,250) Objective: Demonstrate local agency commitment to funding various transportation improvement projects in compliance with the Kane/Kendall Council of Mayors’ Surface Transportation Program funding competitive application criteria.

G. Contract with Consolidated Consulting Engineers for Mechanical Engineering Services ($98,500) Objective: Enter into a contract for mechanical engineering services related to various HVAC and electrical system repair projects.
