Independent Outside Investigation of Allegations of Police Misconduct Update Mayor Kaptain is requesting an update on the process initiated last February requiring internal investigations regarding allegations of misconduct by sworn police officers or other employees of the police department to be conducted by an independentoutside person or entity retained by the city for certain designated matters. City Manager Rick Kozal will be providing the requested information.
